TechMachaw (techmachaw.com) sells digital products and online services only. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges.
How we deliver
- Digital products and reports (such as competitor scans, audits and dashboards) are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, or as a download link. Unless the product page says otherwise, delivery is within 3 business days of payment.
- Instant digital products are available to download straight after payment, and a copy of the link is emailed to you.
- Services and consulting start on the date agreed with you by email. We contact you within 2 business days of payment to confirm the schedule.
- Consultation calls take place online at the time you book. The meeting link is emailed to you.
Delivery confirmation
After payment you receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive your product, report or confirmation within the stated time, please check your spam folder and then email us at techmachaw@gmail.com with your order or payment ID. We will resend it or sort out the problem within 2 business days.
Where we deliver
Because everything is delivered online, our products and services are available to customers in India and internationally.
